Ingredients

Steps

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add prosecco, then Aperol.
  3. Top with a splash of soda.
  4. Stir once gently and add an orange slice.

Make it a mocktail: Spritz-Free Spritz

Use a non-alcoholic bitter orange aperitif in place of Aperol and non-alcoholic sparkling wine in place of prosecco. Same 3-2-1.

Batch for two

For two: one bottle of prosecco makes about 8 spritzes, so it covers a few rounds. Build each glass separately so they stay bubbly.

Pair it with an at-home date

Living-room BBQ picnic

A light, bitter spritz cuts through BBQ and pie. Spread the blanket and pour.

A picnic you don't have to drive to. Pie for dessert. Approx. ~$35–50 for two. Where to get it →
