What you get
Date Night Dad is a planning service. Core includes two local date plans and two at-home dates each month. Plus adds a third local plan and special-occasion planning. A gift is three months of Core and does not auto-renew.
What we don't do
We don't book or pay for reservations, tickets or babysitters, and we aren't a babysitting service. You choose and pay venues and sitters directly. We don't screen or vouch for babysitters.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
- Core and Plus start with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month or year at the price shown when you signed up until you cancel. We'll email you before any price change.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: if a plan was unusable because of our mistake, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Venue information
We check venue details when we make each plan, but hours, prices, menus and availability change. Always confirm before you go. Prices we list are estimates.
Your safety and choices
Drink responsibly and never drive impaired; plans that include alcohol suggest a rideshare. You're responsible for your own decisions on a date and for the care arrangements for your children.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some links are affiliate links, and some content may be sponsored; sponsored content is always labeled. We never pick a venue or a gift because it pays us.
Acceptable use
Plans are for your household. Please don't resell or republish them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Date Night Dad's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
