Make it a mocktail: No-Rita

Skip the tequila and orange liqueur. Shake 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice, 1 oz (30 ml) fresh orange juice and 1/2 oz (15 ml) agave syrup with ice, then top with 2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water.

For two: 4 oz (120 ml) tequila, 2 oz (60 ml) lime, 1.5 oz (45 ml) orange liqueur. Shake in two rounds if your shaker is small.
