Moscow Mule

Vodka, lime and spicy ginger beer over lots of ice. Built right in the glass.

Ingredients

• 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Fresh lime juice
• 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger beer

Steps

1. Fill a mug or highball glass with ice.
2. Add vodka and lime juice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Stir gently and add a lime wedge.

Make it a mocktail: Ginger Lime Fizz

Skip the vodka and use 5–6 oz (150–180 ml) ginger beer with the same lime. Pick a spicy ginger beer so it still has a kick.

Batch for two

For two: build one in each glass, 2 oz (60 ml) vodka apiece. A 4-pack of ginger beer covers two rounds.
